VIAGGIO IN ITALIA --- TRIP ACROSS ITALY

Ciao, yesterday on Mrs. Goodneedle I've seen a reconstruction of Venice in Las Vegas.
I feel I'm a bit from the Veneto, because my dad was born in a little town closed to Venice. So I decided to make a nice trip around Italy with you, listening to a song known all over the world, starting from the city where I live.

IL DUOMO.
The Dome.

L'ARENGARIO.
The Arengario.

LA VILLA REALE.
The royal house.

Vicinissima a Monza c'è Milano col suo DUOMO .
Very close to Monza, there's Milan with its DOME .

LA MADONNINA è il simbolo di Milano e una frase famosa tra i milanesi è "ALL'OMBRA DELLA MADONNINA" sottolineando il fatto che sotto la Madonnina si muove tutto.
The MADONNA is the symbol of Milan and a common phrase among people in Milan is "At the shadow of the Madonna" to underline the fact that under the Madonna, the city lives and everything moves.

LA FORMELLA DEL PORTALE DEL DUOMO CHE TUTTI I VISITATORI ACCAREZZANO MENTRE ENTRANO.
The tile of the Dome's door, that all the tourists caress while coming in.

FORMELLA DEL PORTALE CENTRALE.
The tile of the main door.

IL CASTELLO SFORZESCO.
The Sforza Castle.

and now we go to Venica without forgetting that on the way we find some cities famous for their beauty and richness of monuments. They are Bergamo, Brescia, Verona, Vicenza and a lot of small little towns full of history.

eccola VENEZIA
here you are VENICE

ARRIVANDO DAL MARE........
Coming from the sea......

IL PONTE DI RIALTO.
Rialto bridge.

IL PONTE DEI SOSPIRI.
Sospiri (sighs) bridge.

Spero che il viaggio vi sia piaciuto.
I hope you liked this trip.

Thank you so much for the lovely tour. I have to see Venezia some day. Any place that has a structure named IL PONTE DEI SOSPIRI shouldn't be missed in one's lifetime.

And, to answer your question in the other post, your photographs are beautiful; no, you're not crazy to take pictures of the unusual; and, finally, yes, I see the bird and I would have been enchanted to find a bird in my plate too!

Thank you for a lovely tour. Monza looks so amazing.... your buildings so old and beautiful. Australia is so young we have none of that and we don't do old very well we tend to knock old buildings down urrr. Brrrr to the snow.
